trip to the zoo

There is a little zoo closeby that was just $3 for adults and FREE for all kids under 17, so we headed off to check it out. It was a small zoo, but perfect for Hayden and we didn't feel bad about leaving after 1 1/2 hours either :)



The duck pond was her favorite and especially since they were chasing each other around, splashing and diving, it was hard to tear her away!









These cute little lambs were just born TWO days ago, so cute!!

Jeanette, we should all go to the farm at Thanksgiving Point while you are here. Hayden would LOVE it. You are half-price($2.50) with us cuz we're members. There are pony rides, hay rides, you get to feed chickens and goats and lots of other animals, there are bunnies, a duck pond, horses, a donkey, my kids love that place. And then the ice cream parlor has kiddie cones, which adults can eat too, for 25 cents. Can't believe how big she is getting! What a blessing!
